Performances, staff training, parental engagement events
Confirmation of booking will be in the form of an Invoice and Contract between N-Act Theatre in Schools Company and the buyer. The contracts will be agreed by return of email.
Invoices must be paid before the day of performance by BACs or cheque. If an invoice is not paid, the performance will not go ahead.
Cancellation: We require 2 weeks’ notice of any cancellation. We will always try to find an alternative date for you. If we are notified between 7 and 14 days then there will be a charge of 50% of the total cost. If less than 7 days then regrettably the total amount will be due. *Cancellations due to COVID will not be charged, and a future date will be arranged.
The same cancellation charges apply to a free performance (which will be charged at percentages of the same rate as a paid-for performance) as we will still have to pay our actors!
If the company has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the school as soon as possible, and make arrangements to find another date. In the unlikely event that another date cannot be found, the monies will be refunded in full.
