A powerful new one-woman play inspired by a true story.
The Day Before — A One-Woman Play by N-Act Theatre Company
Inspired by a true story, The Day Before shines a light on the hidden influence of harmful online content on young people and their families. Told from a mother’s perspective, it explores how easily everyday life can be reshaped by the digital world — and the lasting impact when systems fail to protect.
The performance combines honesty, warmth and humour, opening up vital conversations about wellbeing in the digital age. Developed in consultation with parents, young people and educators, this is a play that lingers long after the final line.
Suitable for ages 15+
